Refunds and returns policy
At Little Kashmir, we make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we have established the following policy to ensure that your requests are dealt with promptly and fairly.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return a product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received and in its original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for reimbursement.
2. Repayment terms
- Full refund: We offer a full refund for returned items that meet our return conditions.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be made within 48 to 72 hours. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Return process
To initiate a return, please :
- Go to our Contact page.
- Fill in the form, specifying in the message that you wish to return the goods.
You will receive the return label by e-mail in order to finalize the return procedure.
You have 14 days to make your return request.
5. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after 72 hours :
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.

6. Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Shipping returns
To return your product, please fill out a contact form indicating your wish to return the item. We will provide you with the shipping address by return e-mail. You will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
