What are the delivery times?
Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation of payment. Delivery times vary according to your address and delivery method. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight and destination of your order.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to return a product if it does not suit you. It must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly from your customer area.
How do I make a return?
- Contact us by e-mail to obtain a return label.
- Pack the product carefully.
- Return it via the carrier of your choice.
- Once received and checked, we will proceed with the refund within 3 days.
Am I responsible for return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been validated, the refund will be made within 3 working days via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Where do your products come from?
Our products are carefully selected in India, a country renowned for its craftsmanship and the quality of its materials. We work directly with local artisans and manufacturers, without intermediaries, to guarantee authenticity and traceability.
How do you choose your suppliers?
Bilal, our sourcing expert, is originally from India and has lived in France for several years. He knows the local market inside out and selects each product with care. Every year, he travels to India to meet our suppliers, establish relationships based on trust and guarantee products that meet our high standards of quality and ethics.
Are your products handcrafted?
Yes, many of our products, including textiles, clothing and home accessories, are handmade by Indian artisans. We make a point of promotingtraditional craftsmanship and offering unique products.
Do you apply ethical criteria when selecting your merchandise?
Absolutely! We prefer suppliers who respect ethical working conditions and promote local know-how. When you buy from us, you’re supporting a responsible and fair economy.
