Welcome to the Little kashmir website. These General Sales Conditions (GSC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered on our site.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and accept them unreservedly. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. The terms and conditions applicable are those in force on the date of your order.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and descriptions are given for information only and are not binding on the seller. Fabrics, garments, handicrafts and other items are carefully selected in India and respect traditional practices.

4. Awards

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), net to pay, excluding delivery costs.
As a micro-entrepreneur, Little kashmir is exempt from VAT in accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. VAT is therefore not applicable.

Delivery charges are specified before final confirmation of the order.
reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order confirmation.

5. Control

The order is validated once full payment has been received. A confirmation e-mail summarizing the details of the order will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase.

6. Payment

Orders are payable in euros, by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on our site. We use secure payment solutions, ensuring the confidentiality of transmitted data.

7. Delivery

We deliver to mainland France, the EU and non-EU countries (in areas covered by our logistics service provider). Delivery times are indicated at the time of order and may vary according to the delivery method chosen. Little Kashmir cannot be held responsible for delays due to carriers.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. See our Refunds and returns policy for details of the procedure.

9. Legal warranty

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defect, we undertake to exchange or refund the item concerned, subject to verification and validation.

10. Limitation of liability

Little Kashmir cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage that may occur following the purchase of products.

11. Personal data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy policy. It is collected for the sole purpose of processing your order and providing you with the best possible service. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act.

12. Intellectual property

All elements present on the Little Kashmir site, including texts, images, and logos, are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any reproduction is forbidden without prior authorization.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
